We have weather some storms together that really demonstrates to me the power of love. He is such a wonderful husband to me despite all the ugly people he has encountered. I am amazed at how much love he still has in his heart for me and Little Angel. I really believe that God was preparing us for each other and we would not appreciate what we have had we not been through tough relationships prior to meeting each other.

It been just us for the past two weeks...

We are glad to be adding to a house full :)

Little Angel has been visiting with her grandparents for the past two weeks. My husband started missing "knot head" pretty early on. Funny, as much as he complains about her at times he really is so glad she is finally a constant part in his life now. I love our life as parents and look forward to having kids around for years and years to come. Don't get me wrong, I know that there are definitely times you want to pull your hair out but being a mom has filled that void I have felt for so long.

Looking through my stash of baby clothes and seeing this belly no longer hiding the evidence. lol. I am looking at baby clothes in terms of, the baby will be newborn-3 months at the end of fall (November-February), 3-6 months during spring (February-May), and 6-9 months during summer (June-August). So when I see bargains I can pick up what the baby would need for next year. However, unless it is a great deal, I have ceased buying until I know the gender and even then, I think mostly it is the items you get at showers left to need.

Little Angel is going to church camp for the first time tomorrow. I know I have packed her far more than she will actually use. lol. So me and her daddy get to basically tuck her in tonight, take her to breakfast tomorrow, and send her away again for a week :( I will be glad to get her home from this "break" I will be at work for one more week and then off with her until she starts back to school.

As far as school for me: I am taking two summer classes that end at the end of this month then I get a break until end of August and start back with driving one more time. This time a coworker of mine will drive once a week with me. The class is a perfect fit for this period because it finishes up in October-exactly two months before the munchkin is set to arrive. I will be half way through my degree and all done with the driving portion by the time the baby is born. I hope to keep on taking one online course a semester and finish in less than 2 years-just in time for the new school to open for The Little Light House. By that point, the school will be hiring more teachers and I will have my own class! Thinking about being the teacher is what keeps me going in these classes :)

My husband is making lots of progress on his 1957 Ford F-150 step side. I was so thrilled we could get that truck because it has always been a dream of his. He amazed me with his ability to restore and fix vehicles! It is neat to watch him work right there in our garage. The whole reason we got a house with a garage was so he could work on stuff on the side. I love to see the light in his eyes when he shows me what he has done :)
