As we are wandering around the car show I was filled with excitement about how we are going to be showing cars and trucks and taking trips to be in shows! It gives me such a thrill to think of him pursuing his dream and having the family in tow to support him :)

Car Parts and Belly

"Car Parts and belly" is what my husband named the pictures he uploaded the other day....lol. He has started to part out his Gran Turino and find parts at Pull-a-Part. So I think we can add some of these car parts to the baby scrapbook because it is the birth of both Marshal and the business. lol.

When I opened my birthday present from Kim my husband said, "Good, she got you what I was supposed to get you!" lol. (the bag is one of the things I hinted to my husband he could buy me....none yet. lol)

I cannot believe it but I am hitting 29 weeks! Baby Marshal is now approximately 17 inches long and around 3 pounds. That blows me away that he is already so big :) However, it is obvious that he is growing by the size of my baby bump. lol.

I am enjoying a day to myself. Yeah! However, Saturday it was looking like I might have to share that day with Little Angel. So I quickly took her to the medical clinic. Mean Momma made her get a shot to knock out the strep and heavy antibiotics. Needless to say she made it back to school today ;)

I have always been kind of obsessive compulsive but with Little Angel it is like a walking time bomb. She is not the kind of sick where she is down and confined to one area. NO! She is EVERYWHERE! So I have stocked up in sanitizing liquids. She has been appauled at how I have treated her-lol- "what if I had the swine flu?!" Lets just say she is not in need of petting so I have been on her to stop touching and breathing on everything! lol. She is bound to give everyone her strep throat and get whatever everyone has! In the MEA waiting room she kept touching her face, eyes, and mouth-GROSS! and had her face against the chair back. The people in the waiting room probably thought I was crazy because I kept getting onto her- "You are going to get sick!" I even went out and bought more chocolate milk syrup because she breathed too heavily on it-hey, you can never be too careful :)

My husband just acquired a Gran Turino with a bad engine he can put in his truck. He is an amazing mechanic and can do anything related to vehicles! I have been blown away at his body work on his truck and then the fact that he rebuilt a carborator in no time flat. I love to see the spark in his eye-which is why we got a garage and I pushed him to get him a project truck (his dream)

Little Angel is in fourth grade and is finding the work load to be, well, more. lol. She has more homework and is supposed to be reading more. (I never saw her AR books until this year) I was so proud of all the good papers she has been coming home with :) When she is not at school she can be found painting or doing some sort of craft-that's my girl! What child is sitting out on the back porch painting on Saturday morning? Mine :) She also decided to treat the dogs to a pampered day yesterday-including brushing their teeth. lol.

Marshal has been treating me really well. The doctor says he and I are both measuring well. He reminds me he is in there quite often but it is a welcome sensation. Little Angel and I were hysterical in the waiting room because me belly was dancing. The last sonogram he did not let me and Courtney really see his face (which I was hoping since it was supposed to be the last photo until the real thing) His picture at twenty-three weeks show him appearing to have his Daddy and sister's profile.

I am almost half way through my last driving class for my masters! The teacher is no joke, 92 years old, and is quite a character. I can tell her class will be loads of fun and amusement. She really reminds me of my Granny with her extreme passion for young children and all her ideas to put a spark in their eyes :)

My class at work is a bunch of cuties. They can be challenging at times but are really sweet and entertaining. I never thought that working could be this enjoyable :) Don't get me wrong, there are moments when it is difficult to say the least ;) I will try to post some pictures soon.
