I am amazed that I am finally a mom-that I have my own baby-after years of being what my Chinese conversation partner called, a "temporary mother" to so many other people's babies :)

worked in daycares since high school

jumped at any chance to hold a baby....

my husband so lovingly calls it "baby radar"

flew up to Washington to cuddle this one

(my cousin's baby born July 2008)

and to South Carolina

(my niece born July 2007)

I worked in day cares even when I was told I did not have to work...

I loved to be around babies.

"Lana, you need to get babies off the brain."

I was told numerous times.

LOL. Well I have made a career out of loving on babies.

I am an Early Intervention teacher!

Ewww. I am so EXCITED!

My sister is having a GIRL! I was so excited to hear she was pregnant so soon so Lil' Buckaroo would have a playmate (like we had with our cousins) now I am excited that I will have playmate too! I am so thrilled that my sister and I will be raising our babies so close in age :)
