Intelli-Gender Worked for Us!

I was curious to see if the gender prediction test would work like it said. It showed a boy after following the directions and letting it sit for 10 minutes. It says do not read after 10 minutes but it turned orange which indicated a girl. So I was curious to see if it worked. lol. The doctor thought the heart beat sounded like a girl so I had a month of anticipation for this lil' guy :)

Well....our little scootch is just like his Daddy-yep HE is :) He would not budge from his comfortable position with his feet propped up. The tech was able to get all but the picture of his tailbone. She tried three times with no luck. It was like he was saying, "I do what I want" just like his Daddy jokingly says all the time. lol. He even has his Daddy and his sisters little nose so I am hoping that he will look just like Little Angel!

Little Angel was surprisingly so happy that is was a boy. She says she does not even wish it was a girl! We were already working on little airplanes for the room even before we knew. So she is excited about finishing those and hanging them up like her Grandpa did all over the cabin.

Little Angel and I are looking forward to the next three weeks of freedom. I will be off from work for the second summer break. So I will get three whole weeks with my girl. It just warms my heart that she was so excited that I would be at home with her after having a trip to the beach and summer camp. lol. She said, "We are going to have so much fun-we ALWAYS have fun!" We bought some bead kits at Target for a dollar that I remember making when I was her age. We might even get ambitious and design our own. There will definitely be swimming and shopping. I am taking her and her little friend bowling tomorrow sort of as a birthday and going away event. Oh and I am sure painting toenails and fingernails are in store as well ;) Little Angel is staying with my parents tonight and onto the morning while my husband and I go to the doctor. Little Angel loves to go to Memaw and Grandpa's and Aunt Courtney and Uncle Jeff's houses. I am so glad my family is around for her to enjoy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with my relatives over the years.
